Groveland Cottage Bed & Breakfast was built in 1886 as a single family home. Since then, the home has had only 5 owners. I, Simone Nichols, am the current owner. I purchased and renovated the home in 1987. The four bedrooms in my vacation rental home all include private bathrooms, as well as a fabulous great room in the center of the home allowing for up to 40 people to meet for dinner or any other large social gathering. My vacation rental is available to you for family reunions, small weddings, business meetings and workshops and other events. If you prefer, I also rent the whole home for more personal gatherings. A private cottage at the back of the vacation rental property is available for an intimate or romantic touch. This cottage is perfect for honeymoons and anniversaries. This cozy cottage includes a kitchenette and a full bathroom among other amenities.
