Russ has been working as a golf course designer/project coordinator for over 13 years in the British Columbia area. He has provided quality turn-key projects to a variety of clients. Russ’ strengths include his ability to understand the client's intent and budget to produce a memorable golf experience. He understands that each project is unique and requires an approach that is both environmentally and economically sound. He has demonstrated a creative approach to mitigating site concerns whether they are environmental or technical. He has strong graphic and communication skills that allow him to convey his ideas to his clients and his co-workers.
Boyd has collaborated on the design and construction of all our recent projects. He is an exceptionally skilled Shaper and brings a knowledgeable and pragmatic approach to the design and construction process. He is experienced in all aspects of course construction having worked in the industry for over 18 years. Boyd has been involved in many golf course projects, including Northview Golf Club, Crown Isle, and The Falls. He was employed as Head Shaper while at Northview Golf Club, where the Ridge Course was home to the PGA Tour stop, the Air Canada Championship. He has also been involved in many successful renovation projects.
With 25 years in the golf course industry, Curtis has developed various skills on numerous projects throughout Canada, the U.S., and South-East Asia. Through commitment to quality and dedication, Curtis is highly regarded by those who have had the opportunity to work with him. Curtis graduated with an honors diploma from Golf Course Technician Program in 1986. His background in maintenance and his passion for golf greatly enhance his abilities in the construction field. His management skills and construction techniques make Curtis an asset to any project that he is associated with and has earned him a solid reputation in the golf industry. He was employed as a Class A Shaper and Supervisor on the following projects:
