My name is Andrew DiMino and many of you know me as the founder of CarbSmart. I began that business more than six years ago, having started a low carb lifestyle in 1998. Over the years, as a store owner (both online and with retail locations), I began hearing from more and more customers who were also looking for grain-free products because they also needed to adhere to a gluten free lifestyle. More people were asking for gluten free foods, and we began trying to accomodate their needs.
And now, finally, we've been able to create an online store just for your special needs. Here at GlutenSmart, we strive to offer the same excellent customer service that CarbSmart has always been known for, and to be attentive to your special needs, suggestions, and requests. You will find a growing selection of gluten free foods - snacks, bake mixes, desserts, protein bars - as well as books and cookbooks about the Gluten Free Lifestyle.
It's also our intention to educate as well as offer products. To that end, we've teamed up with Gluten Free Luxury (from the creators of Low Carb Luxury), a place where you can go for the latest news, articles, and information on the Gluten Free Lifestyle.
