- Johnsons Dietary Provisions was founded by Helen Pengelly who was diagnosed as a coeliac in 2003, as a result of the difficulties she encountered trying to find appetising gluten-free meals and products. Her grandfather Thomas Johnson was also a coeliac and now her son Joe is currently undergoing diagnosis, so she has over 30 years’ knowledge and understanding of the difficulties that people face if they need to follow a special diet.
