(GBN) As the devastation of Hurricane Katrina becomes more distant, issues surrounding the death of thousands of US citizens remains a mystery.
Meanwhile no local, state, or federal agency can seem to agree on a strategy to put New Orleans together again. Citizens of the great city are still displaced in several parts of the country.
State and Federal officials have been slow to aid these victims and protect them from a downward economic spiral. Tax relief is not enough. These hurricane victims have lost their families, homes, businesses, jobs, and everything that made their lives seem normal.
