- Gizmo Storage, LLC, was founded in 2003 by attorney and real estate developer, Jason T. Frankenberg. He saw a need for first quality, clean, secure, well lighted storage facilities in smaller communities. He thought if it was good enough for the big cities, it should be good enough for those choosing a simpler life in rural Oklahoma. He set out to design a state-of-the-art, yet affordable, storage facility with all the same security features available in metropolitan areas. The result is Gizmo Storage, in Lindsay, Oklahoma - the prototype poised for future expansion into rural america. Gizmo Storage, LLC, is a subsidiary of Esquire Development, L.L.C., based in Lindsay, Oklahoma.
