This website promotes the work of Professor Paul Barber, Gestalt psychotherapist, organisational development consultant, group facilitator, educator and author.
Gestalt is so much more than a therapeutic tool to help those experiencing difficulties in their personal life. Gestalt’s championing of humanistic and Eastern values, coupled with its potential to conduct powerful phenomenological inquiry, has caused many of us to use it as a model for holistic education, personal development, research inquiry, organisational development, spiritual inquiry and more.
I offer one-to-one, couples and group therapy, plus a bi-monthly Saturday group open to everyone where people come for quality feedback or to sample the flow of a Gestalt group. I also offer a regular programme of workshops for personal and professional development, as well as supervise counsellors and psychotherapists, and academic studies up to doctorate level. In addition, I teach, coach, consult and deliver bespoke workshops within organisations.
