George Jones is a native of Greystones and lives in the family home at La Touche Close in the heart of the town. George was educated at St. Bridget’s Holy Faith, St. Kevin’s CBS and St Brendan’s Bray. George recently retired from RSA Group after a long career in the Irish insurance industry. George Jones was first elected as a Fine Gael councillor to Wicklow County Council in 1979 and to Greystones Town Council on its foundation in 1984.
