His main strength lies in 1:1 Achievement Coaching with senior executives, team leaders and their team members. Aidan is an accredited Master Teacher of the “Personal Leadership Intensive™” programme.
Aidan’s friendly, sincere and warm personality is best used to connect and listen to individuals, or teams, valuing people for what they are and working with them to achieve their own goals and potential. To date he has worked with individuals and teams from a variety of industries, ranging from oil and gas, civil and nuclear engineering, transport and the public and voluntary sectors. His book “The Gentle Way” was first published in 2003 and has sold internationally. It has also attracted favourable comments from a number of international thought leaders and keynote speakers.
