General Mills
General Mills is the number two cereal maker in the United States, behind Kellogg. Its cereals, listed under the Big G Cereals unit, include Cheerios, Chex, Total, Kix and Wheaties.
The company is also a leading brand manufacturer in flour, baking mixes, dinner mixes, fruit snacks, grain snacks and branded yogurt. It has also entered into joint ventures to distribute its cereals and snacks in Europe.
