I normally don't take the time to do this sort of thing but I just wanted to take a quick minute to compliment you and your business. I received my softtop yesterday morning. I haven't opened it up yet but I am very pleased with all aspects of the customer service I received starting from the ordering process. I found your company by doing a search on softops for Jeeps, on the web. I found the pictures that you provided, illustrating the different styles and makes of Jeeps was a great help and the invoicing/payment portion was very user friendly and clear. This is what stood out to me from the other retailers. I am a computer programmer myself and I would say your IT team did a great job. It may not have all the bells and whistles of some online shopping pages but more importantly the functionality and speed are fantastic! I will spread the word here to my friends who own Jeeps. Believe it or not its very hard to find a spare tire mounted rack with the conversion capabilities... anyway- thank you very much, i appreciate the curteous and super fast service!!
