Dan Janki will succeed Bill Cary as VP of Investor Communications. Bill has been promoted to President and CEO of GE Consumer Finance - Europe.
GE's estimates should reflect "Continuing Operations" Earnings Per Share. In this connection, GE has offered EPS guidance for 2005 (on a Continuing Operations basis) of $1.72, up 10%. Further, we've guided to $1.92-$2.02 (+12-17%) for 2006 EPS.
