Gretchen Berg started Berg Business Solutions in 2002 to optimize the skills and experience gained during a career spanning over 25 years in title insurance, production and banking. Gretchen is a Master Virtual Assistant (MVA), a Certified Real Estate Support Specialist (CRESS), a Professional Real Estate Virtual Assistant (PREVA) and a member of the advisory panel at VACertification.com. She is an Expert Coach at Virtual Assistance U and a member of the faculty at REVA Training Center.

Since graduating from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1986, Gretchen has held positions as Production Manager, Project Manager and Escrow Officer. She has been responsible for contractor negotiation, sourcing, purchasing, cost accounting, budgeting, procedure publication, employee supervision, training, customer service, marketing, loan administration and office management. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, integrity, professionalism, and software knowledge are exceptional. She has parlayed the skills that made her successful throughout her career into her own business and will support your company with professionalism, accuracy and discretion.
