Gaski Marine principals have an extensive history in boat manufacture, sales, marketing and fiberglass. Together, YachtSmiths and Gaski have the ability to meet any and all needs of existing and new customers. YachtSmiths International, winners of the 2005 Export Achievement Award, have added the gaski, Vinur and Cape Islander to the already impressive lineup of boats being manufactured in their 30,000 square foot of indoor space. Their expertise which includes the design, manufacture and outfitting of high end yachts of steel and aluminum has expanded with the addition of gaski. The fiberglass shop producing the beautiful cutter rigged auxiliary sailing vessel Cabot 36 enlarges to encompass commercial fishing, customized sport and pleasure boats.
The combined years of YachtSmiths and Gaski have produced close to one hundred boats. Key staff have had many years of experience in boat sales, fiberglass manufacture, design and boat building, refit and repair. Boats have been exported worldwide and include Israel, Saipan, Iceland, the Caribbean; in the United States - New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, California, Alaska, Maine, Philadelphia, Massachusetts, Virginia; in Canada - Nunavut, British Columbia, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland.
