If you have been here before, you know we live up to our promise of delivering hard to find gaskets – easy ones too. If you’re new here, take a minute to read through the next bit. We want your experience here to be successful. If you’re an old hand at gasket shopping, there haven’t been any major changes. Except for our inventory – it’s over 9,000 items now and still growing. But if you are looking for something that isn’t on the list, send an E-MAIL and I’ll start searching.
Before you set out to buy something, you need to know what it is. That means make, model and year and VIN if it has one. If you’re one of the lucky ones that has the service manual that matches your machine, the OEM part number is very helpful. Sometimes we need to resort to the old gasket so it can pay to be cautious when disassembling. If it breaks or tears, align the pieces and tape them to a flat piece of corrugated cardboard. Thickness can be important so get a micrometer and measure the squished part. It can also be good planning to gather as much information as possible before starting the tear-down then go on line to see what is in inventory or even place the order. It is our intent that all orders be shipped within a week, starting at 8:00 am of the first business day following the time the order was accepted. The usual method of shipping is US Mail, other methods may be available. At this time, shipment outside the US requires special attention. Please e-mail the problemsolver. All prices are quoted in US Dollars and a minimum order of $5.00 is required.
