Sensei Joe Garcia has instructed Karate in Hercules more than fifteen years and has more than forty years of experience in traditional Japanese Wado Ryu karate. Students will learn the basic fighting skills of Karate, self-discipline, self-esteem, and confidence in protecting themselves. Students will also learn Japanese weapons, nunchaku, kama, bo, and sai.
