Horrible Customer Service: Truly horrible customer service. They have ignored my emails requesting they honor their product advertisements.
They made promises on their Zenses Ocean and Zenses Rainforest games that they will not keep. In this case, it is the offer of the free music. However, they have ignored my requests for a download link; I do not and will not have Flash on my machines so the promised music remains undelivered.
Remember, I have made several email requests, none of which have been answered. Keep this in mind when you look at gamefactorygames.com games. I, for one, will remember this appalling treatment when shopping for games in the future.
