Furrever Friends Small Dog Rescue
Description
Furrever Friends is a small network of volunteers who work out of their homes to help Cockers and other small furry breeds (Shih Tzu, Lhasa Apso, Maltese, etc.), who have found themselves homeless for one reason or another. Usually our rescues were strays who ended up in a kill shelter but sometimes they are surrendered by owners who can no longer take care of them. We make every attempt to ascertain our dogs temperaments, begin housetraining if necessary, and teach basic commands before they go to their forever home. All of our rescues go to their new homes vaccinated, heartworm tested, spayed or neutered, and microchipped.
