We are a British owned and managed company. Operating all year round from our central office in Sunny Beach we provide an excellent personal service taking care of properties in complexes from Nessebar to St Vlas. Fresh Accommodation Ltd is wholly owned and managed by Mark and Caroline Wain. We are a British couple who founded the business in the summer of 2005.
We both came from careers with strong managerial backgrounds giving us the organisational and inter-personal skills needed to run a business which demands such qualities.
The inspiration for establishing the company came from us being unable to find anyone to provide us with the services we now offer when, back in 2004, we purchased an off-plan property in Sunny Beach. At that time there were virtually no estate agents in Sunny Beach and a search for a property management company proved fruitless. We knew we had the potential to run our own business in an exciting and challenging environment so we gave up our jobs, packed our bags and moved lock, stock and barrel to Bulgaria.
We commenced operations in June 2005 with just one employee, a lady named Petra, who did most of the cleaning whilst we did anything and everything else. By April 2006 we had moved into an office in central Sunny Beach and we are still there to this day. We welcome clients and visitors to our office as it allows to meet and greater understand their needs. Five years on the company now employs over twelve staff who perform a variety of tasks including, property management, rentals, cleaning and airport transfers.
We have worked long and hard to be the best at what we do. We operate with the highest integrity and strive to offer our clients the best possible level of service. Over time we have increased the number of services we offer and plan to offer new and innovative services in the future. We have invested heavily in our company’s structure and our website bears testament to that. The vast majority of our clients are not resident in Bulgaria therefore the internet is the obvious medium of choice for communication between our clients and us. Our website allows for the ordering, payment and tracking of all of our services eliminating the need for costly phone calls and constant emailing. Naturally we are available during normal office hours to answer any queries you may have over the phone and we welcome interaction between ourselves and our clients.
It is our intention to provide the highest level of customer service in our field and we will continue to make every effort to reach that goal.
