Freedom Baptist Church of Hiddenite, NC
We are independent Baptists affiliated with no religious organization or convention. The main emphasis of our ministry is preaching. Preaching gets the job done and it is God ordained. We believe the King James Bible is the inerrant, infallible Word of God, and all other versions (perversions) are the devil's best sellers. We are an evangelistically based church, which means we believe in one on one soul winning. We go out and knock on doors to keep them from the fires of hell.

Ministries of our Church:
Sunday School Every Sunday Morning at 10:00 we have Sunday School for all ages. From age 3 all the way to the oldest adult. In our adult Sunday School Class they are going subject by subject in the Books of the Bible. They just completed a subject by subject study on The Book Of Philippians. We would love to have you join us for Sunday School. Someone once said, "Children brought up in Sunday School are seldom brought up in court."!!!
Wednesday Night Bible Study On Wednesday Nights at 7:00pm the whole church meets in the auditorium for Bible Teaching. Our Pastor believes, that along with preaching, we also need teaching from the word of God to help us grow into mature Christians. Recently our Pastor done a Study on the Book of Proverbs. What wisdom we can gain by studying this Book!
Other Ministries include:
Thursday Night Visitation Our church believes in one on one soul winning. Passing out gospel tracks, knocking on people's door, street preaching and other types of witnessing techniques are a few of our ministries. Therefore on the night of Thursday, people from our church go across the whole county inviting people to church and telling them about Jesus Christ.
Rest Home Ministries Our church currently goes into two rest homes in our county and tries to be a blessing to the residents. There we preach, teach, sing and just enjoy good fellowship with them. To learn more about this ministry go to our Rest Home Page.
Saturday Night Prayer Meeting Every Saturday Night at 9:00pm members from our church meet and we pray for the Sunday morning Services that God's power will move through.
Bus Ministry We currently have 5 bus routes that go out every Sunday morning and pick kids and adults up so they can come to church. To learn more about this ministry please go to our Bus page
Tape & CD Ministry Every service both the preaching and teaching are recorded at Freedom Baptist Church. Then these tapes are then sold at the cost of two dollars for tapes, three for CDs. Hundreds of tapes and CDs are mailed out each month to people who are on our monthly mailing list. The tapes are a great way to learn!!!
Youth Choir Our youth choir is made up of about 100 youths between the ages of 4 all the way to about 30. They are truly a blessing to hear. The choir sings every Sunday Night and sometimes they get to travel and sing at other churches.
