- Freds design was started to provide low cost web design, photography and home entertainment setup. After hearing some stories about how clients and friends had paid alot of money to have a computer built for them, i decided there was no reason to pay such a high price for something you can buy at the store ready out of the box. So i added computer design to my services with a LOW FLAT RATE for the labor. No more by the hour charges, or outrageously high prices to build your computer.
