We are UK Water Sales Ltd, water treatment engineers and water filter manufacturers. Fountain Filters is the consumer trading arm of the company and the brand name specifically set up to cater for the needs of the private domestic consumer. We are adherents of the Office of Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations, please click on "Returns & Privacy Policies" at the foot of the page where you will find a direct link to their web pages.
A primary purpose of the Distance Selling Regulations is to allow the consumer the opportunity to examine the goods as if they were purchasing from a shop in person. Fountain Filters welcome these regulations. Prior to despatch, all orders are confirmed by email with dispatch details and a link to the regulations. When we have not been given an email address, the confirmation is included with the goods.
We believe that buying from our web site should be no different to buying from a shop in your high street.
