Description
Ford Land was established in 1970 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company. Our original mandate was to develop a 2,360-acre tract of undeveloped land surrounding Ford’s world headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan. This tract, called Fairlane, became a master-planned business, retail and residential community.
Over the past three decades, we have grown significantly in size and scope as Ford Motor Company consolidated its corporate real estate services. Today, Ford Land is a full-service provider of real estate, construction and facility services to many customers, including Ford Motor Company.
Our mission is to satisfy our customers’ needs for safe, productive and cost-effective workplaces, allowing them to focus on their core business operations.
