Floating Pontoon Hire is the official UK rental operator for Versadock modular pontoons. The modular system allows for the transport and construction of pontoons of almost any shape or size. These can be build on site with handrails, gangways, mooring cleats and fenders. Floating Pontoon Hire is a trading division of Solent Rib Charter, Europe’s largest operator of high powered ‘Rib’ motor boats and official supplier to the 2012 Skandia Team GBR British Sailing Team.
Solent Rib Charter stock several hundred square meters of floating pontoon and a fleet of vehicles, trailers and ‘Hiab’ cranes used to deliver and install the pontoon where required. They can also transport the system by water if practical along rivers or even at sea.
