About Floaters.org
Floaters.org is a technology integration program designed to bridge the Digital Divide. We lend out older computers and software and provide peer mentoring to qualified families. Floaters.org is based on grassroots networking and participatory action research; all participants are co-researchers, and each participant has an equal voice.
