About us
Chris started learning to dive in 1982 with the BSAC whilst serving in the RAF, progressing through the BSAC training system he became an Advanced Diver, and an Advanced Instructor. He was also a SADS (Sub Aqua Diving Supervisor) which is a military qualification, which is only given after completing a stressful week long assessment.
The BSAC works through a club basis, and is run by the member, Chris has held most of the committee posts within a club during his time as a BSAC member. Some of these being Diving Officer, Training Officer and Equipment Officer.
On leaving the RAF in 1997, Chris qualified as a PADI Instructor and travelled and worked in Belize, French Polynesia, Cayman Islands, Turks & Caicos Islands, Grand Bahama and the Mediterranean.
