Every year Fleetwood Homes presents its Circle of Excellence Award to the retailers, manufacturing centers, suppliers and lenders that have achieved a certain level of performance. You'll be glad to know that several Texas locations, in fact, have won the award. The sole criterion for the award is consistent customer satisfaction.
When you buy a Fleetwood home, you'll get a call from an independent surveying company about six months after you've moved in. The person from the Survey Company will ask you if you would recommend a Fleetwood home to a close friend or family member, and if you would recommend your retailer to a close friend or family member. Your response, as well as the responses from other buyers, determines whether the manufacturing center which made your home and the retailer who sold you your home will achieve Circle of Excellence awards. Currently, nine out of ten Fleetwood home users say they would again purchase a Fleetwood home.
In 1996, for the fourth time in five years, Fleetwood Homes was named Manufacturer of the Year at the Manufactured Housing Institute National Congress. What makes this accolade even more significant is that it's presented by an organization, the Manufactured Housing Institute, comprised of other manufactured home builders, as well as suppliers and lenders.
