FloridaCoinClubs.com is owned, operated and maintained by Jeff Bohr, a coin collector for the past thirty years. Jeff is a member of the West Volusia Coin Club and the Greater Daytona Beach Coin Club and has held offices in both clubs over the last seventeen years. While there is the expectation that this site will be self supporting, it has been developed and maintained more for the love of the hobby than for financial gain. As long as there is traffic, I will be regularly updating the site.
We intend to be a resource for clubs, dealers and collectors within the state to provide information to the public related to coin collecting. We will be listing information about upcoming coin shows in the near future. For Non-Profit Clubs the listing will be for a discounted rate. Commercial shows will be charged a standard rate. As interest in our site builds, we be adding an e-commerce site for discounted numismatic books and supplies. We also want to create a section for young numismatists containing resources for beginners and provide a place to chat and increase their knowledge of the hobby.
