PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: I feel that you should know a little bit about who you deal with. I am a native of Pensacola. I have over 35 years real estate experience in local markets. Experience and training in residential, commercial, acreage/farm sales , waterfront land/ home sales and property development. I have marketed and sold properties priced from $4,000 to $2,000,000. (by the way the $2,000,000 was for cash). Community service with the Boy Scouts of America for 10 years and former hunter safety instructor for the Florida Fish and Game. I am most interested in quality real estate service and working as a team. I can work for you. Positions held with the Pensacola Association of REALTORS as Librarian, Ethics chairman, Director, Multiple Listing chairman and the computer task force. Currently on the editorial committee for the Pensacola Association of Realtor's web based News Letter (Pensacola Bay Area REALTOR ®) I served as a artillery officer in the late sixties.
BEST SALES TECHNIQUES: There are really no best techniques that we use. It is more a philosophy. It starts with having the best information on real estate available and continues with a proactive approach to marketing. I believe that you need to listen to and understand those that you work with.
