I want to thank you for taking the time in reviewing my vacation rental located on Anna Maria Island directly on the Gulf of Mexico, I have been an independent in the rental business since 1988 when I purchase my first 2 beach houses, however I have performed the tasks as a rental agent since the age of 11 when I started working on my Uncles various properties on the Island.
I came to America on Sept. 3rd 1967 through Wroclaw Poland as an adopted orphan. I have lived in Bradenton Beach and owned various properties to this date. During this time I also have been a sitting board member on the City Planning and Zoning Board for 14 years. I have been very fond of my home town growing up.
Our philosophy is the customer sets the mood of the experience. You may relax quietly and do nothing but just sit and enjoy the turquoise waters from the porch, or you may want to experience all this Island has to offer.
