T&T middle distance junior champion Gavyn Nero recently received a heart rate monitor from Fitness Centre Ltd. to help improve his running even more. Nero, 15, who picked up three gold medals at the Carifta Games and three more at the CAC Junior Games, expressed his delight and gratitude to Brian Ibrahim, owner of Fitness Center for the State-of-the-Art Polar monitor. Making the presentation were Rana Ibrahim and Fitness Supervisor Rocky Petamber.
