- Dr. Mark Warnecke (born February 15, 1970) in Germany, is the creator behind the Fitness Amino Acid complex formula. At 35 years old he became the oldest swimmer to win a world title at the 2005 World Aquatics Championships in Montreal, Canada. That made him the oldest swimming world champion since 1971. Dr. Warnecke has competed in 4 Olympic Games (Seoul 88, Barcelona 92, Atlanta 96 and Sydney 00) winning a bronze medal in 100m breastroke (96 Atlanta).
