Welcome to Finest Kind, a website dedicated to the popular and critically acclaimed CBS television series M*A*S*H, which aired for eleven years, from 1972 until the series finale in 1983. The final episode of M*A*S*H is to this day the single most watched episode of American television in the history of the genre. Over 105 million viewers tuned in to that historic broadcast over two decades ago. For the past five years, through various incarnations, hosts and URLs, this website has strived to become a hub for M*A*S*H fandom and has grown tenfold since its humble beginning in April of 1999. Currently, it includes over 600 files and dozens of pages filled with M*A*S*H information and media, with hundreds of visitors and thousands of page views per day.
In 2004, after a brief hiatus, Finest Kind returned with a new look and a new goal: to showcase aspects of M*A*S*H that have been pushed aside through the years. To that end, Finest Kind has partnered with Television Obscurities, giving Finest Kind access to all sorts of M*A*S*H rarities.
