Fieldwork Services consists of a large interviewer field in Germany for representative and quota consumer surveys, surveys with special target groups, POS surveys or international surveys
We conduct computer-aided interviews via CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing), CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) ), WAPI (Web Assisted Personel Interviewing) as well as P & P (paper & pencil Interviews).
CATI surveys are performed by Fieldwork Services in our own telephone studio in Hamburg containing 170 multimedia workstations for national and international telephone interviews
