Description
I am a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), license number AC 00641 awarded by the Texas Board of Medical Examiners. My graduate degree in TCM involved more than 400 hours of herbal studies, and supervision of more than 850 treatments.
Additionally, I am licensed as a practitioner of Shiatsu therapy by the American Organization for Bodywork Therapies of Asia. I studied Zen Shiatsu with Pam Ferguson, an internationally known author and practitioner.
I believe that traditional Asian medicine and Western medicine can work side by side. My undergraduate degree is in medical technology, and for twelve years I worked as a lab tech in hospitals with diverse populations.
