Billing Disputes and Written Account Inquiries Billing rights are preserved through written inquiries only. If you have a billing inquiry or dispute, complete a copy of the form on the back of your statement and mail it to the address below. Please do not include correspondence with your payment. If you have questions about Customer Service, delivery, or the return of something you bought, you need to contact the company from whom you made the purchase, not FIA Card Services. You should allow 30 days from the date the company receives a return for the credit to be processed on your account. Many purchase agreements specifically exclude shipping and handling on returns, so you may find that your refund does not include shipping and handling.

fia card services has proven to be a HORRIBLE credit card company. I recently had a terrible experience with them and urge anyone contemplating doing business with them to think twice!!!!!!

I have found it impossible to reach anyone at fia card services unless you fit into their tiny nitch of options. I would not recommend that anyone open a Regions Bank Account for a Credit card as it is actually fia card. Please beware. Regina Bishop, Cartersville, GA 11/14/2007

- Troy Harris (frustrated) : Can't set up automatic payment of full balance. My workplace recently quit FIA due to poor customer service, and my experience of trying to deal with them on this issue shows why I need to find another card service provider too. 05:31, 6 August 2008 (PDT)
- Troy Harris (frustrated) : I just learned that the "Auto-Pay" feature available thru FIA cannot be set to pay our account in full each month. We can only set it to pay a specified amount. My company just switched away from FIA because of their lousy customer service, and now I have personal experience leading to the same conclusion.
