Description
The campus can be likened to a marshland, structures are like scattered marbles, roofs are leaking, classes are held in rooms dipped in flood water, comfort rooms fail to accommodate the student populace, school curriculum has to submit to certain conformities due to inadequate classrooms, students have to share the use of textbooks, if there are any - these are only a handful of the pressing needs for Pampanga High School to function as a premier institution.
Mustering enough inspiration and courage, a group of men and women raduates of PHS/JASHS organized a federation to seek assistance - financial, technical, intellectual, physical, moral, etc. - from the entire alumni, to improve the school buildings, facilities and its environs. A Master Site Development Plan is being designed to put matters to its proper perspective.
The officers and members of the Federation of PHS/JASHS Alumni Associations Foundation, Inc (FePJAAF,Inc.) has decided to publish a "Coffee Table Founding Yearbook" as a souvenir to perpetuate the significance of the movement.
