A newly retired career Navy family, Mark & Lorraine Moore moved a lot, so naturally wanted their birds to travel the country with the ease they enjoyed!
While stationed in San Diego, they teamed up with a talented fabric designer, Cely, and engineered FlightSuits! (name inspired by the freedom "FlightSuits" provide military pilots!). While driving across country to New York State during their subsequent transfer, they were amazed by the universally positive response as they toured rest stops from state to state. That inspired the Moore's to file for a patent (on a lark) and test fly FlightSuits on the open market. Later, in reponse to customer demand, Lanyard and AnchorLine leashes were added as to keep birds safely grounded.
