- Thomas M. Lynch has been practicing communications and telecommunications law for over a decade. Mr. Lynch graduated cum laude in 1993 from Georgetown University Law Center and was named to the Dean's List. He practiced law with Wilkinson, Barker, Knauer & Quinn in Washington, DC for three years where he assisted numerous entities in complying with regulations pertaining to wireless licenses. While at Wilkinson, Barker, Mr. Lynch co-authored and edited the Telecommunications Act Handbook: A Complete Reference for Business. The book describes the principal provisions of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and has been reviewed favorably in the communications industry.
