Description
It was created in 2000 by Longhay's Director, John Barber. John used his experience of agriculture and property to provide a service which matched the needs of individuals and businesses with an interest in farm, equine and country property.
Focus. We did not want to be all things to all people. We identified our market and did not want to be distracted from meeting the needs of that market.
Low cost. We wanted to keep our costs below that of others such that we were seen as the best people to deliver value for money. We also wanted the business to be sustainable, our users need to know that we still be around in future.
