We are committed to our clients. We promise to take our time and give an honest, thorough evaluation of all the major systems and components of the home. We still walk every roof possible, we evaluate free standing appliances, enter all crawl spaces and gladly look at additional items of concern the client might have. We strive to provide a friendly service where you feel free to be involved in the inspection process, to ask questions and expect to be treated with respect and friendliness.
We use the most popular reporting form in the country, the Matrix Deluxe. This report is 16 pages long, covering all the major systems on a home (Exterior, Roof, Foundation, Structure, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling and Interior) and 76 individual components of those major systems. In addition, we take digital pictures of any item of concern that is not readily visible to the client. We also provide, at no extra charge, printed copies of those pictures on site so that you can better convey the nature of the defect to others during the negotiating process.
