Biography

Scott Gearity is president of Gearity Consulting Group. Scott founded GCG following his tenure at Microsoft Corporation, where he held a variety of international trade compliance roles, focused on export controls and customs matters. Most recently, Scott was based in Dublin, Ireland where he served as Microsoft’s export compliance manager with overall responsibility for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to joining Microsoft, Scott was a consultant at two Washington-based export control consulting firms, MK Technology and Export Strategies, LLC.
