Euroconsumer from Citizens Advice
Description
The UK European Consumer Centre is jointly funded by the Department of Trade and Industry and European Commission. There is a network (ECC Net) of offices known as 'European Consumer Centres' in many countries throughout the European Union.
Provides information and advice on consumer law in the UK and within the European Union and advice on how those laws can be enforced.
As the ECC for the whole of the UK, we are the first source of help for consumer issues for people in the UK having problems with traders in other countries and for people living outside of the UK who have problems with a UK trader. Where appropriate we can also assist in finding and referring a complaint about a trader to an Alternative Dispute Resolution body (ADR).
