ESpy.ca

Description

ESpy was originally conceived by Jayson Hopkins in early 2000. He had the idea of building an online portal into the gaming and entertainment cultural venues of our society. That goal became a reality with the help of Peter Weiler. Working on the project in their spare time, the pair developed the code and database engine required to get the site up and running. After nearly a year of development, the site went live and started to fill with content.

ESpy is mean to be a location for expression - for free, open (and sometime blatant) commentary on today's issues surrounding the entertainment sector. The primary content on ESpy consists of posts by various staff and contributors on topics including gaming, movies, music, television, and even development. This content appears in the style of general articles, in-depth reviews, and outright rants.

No infringement is intended by any of the content on ESpy, and any comments towards the negative (or positive) side of a product or issue should be taken in the context of the article; they are simple used in a method of comparison and general commentary.
