Description
Chi Phi, the nation's oldest fraternity was founded in 1824 at Princeton University. Since its founding, Chi Phi has grown extensively, yet conservatively.
Chi Phi currently has 61 chapters located at some of the nation's finest institutions. Owing to the early history of our fraternity, many of the chapters are located in the Eastern and Southern states; however, Chi Phi has a very strong presence in the Midwest and has grown rapidly in the West.
Many well known journalists, such as Walter Cronkite from CBS, a Chi Phi from the University of Texas, are fraternity members.
