Mr. Sparaco graduated cum laude from St. Joseph's College, Brooklyn, New York in 1978. He is a 1981 graduate of Rutgers Law School, Camden, N.J. He is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey (admitted in 1981) and Pennsylvania (admitted in 1984). He has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court - District of New Jersey, The Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. In 1981 to 1982 he served as a law clerk for the Office of Administrative Law in Trenton, New Jersey, and was a Burlington County Assistant Prosecutor from 1982 to 1984. He has been in private practice over 20 years, since 1984, serving the Southern New Jersey Communities in Camden, Burlington, Atlantic, Gloucester, Mercer and surrounding counties. Mr. Sparaco has represented the citizens of the communities where he practices in defense of criminal prosecutions, for persons who are injured as the result of negligence, and those who need to get a fresh start under the United States Bankruptcy laws.
