- Debra Vajcner has been a licensed Psychotherapist since 1985. Since 1994, she has successfully helped thousands of people quickly undo emotional blocks that have kept them from reaching their goals by utilizing the revolutionary procedure called EMDR. As a Corporate Consultant for Ideal Teams, she uses her expertise to advise corporations on effective leadership and team building. Debra's also a Motivational Speaker on such topics as Stress Management, Understanding Your Temperament Styles in Love and Work, and Peak Performance Enhancement. She is the Past President of the Orange County Chapter of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and is currently their Chair of the Crisis and Disaster Recovery Team. Debra is a Founding Member of the Literacy Center at the University of La Verne, a Corporate Officer of an organic lake management company, as well as an Owner/Manager of residential and commercial property.
