Under no circumstances would I advise anyone to purchase a product from this company. I purchased a supercharger from them in September 2007 this finally arrived in Nov. after a lot of excuses about UPS failing to deliver. By the time the goods were delived I had changed my car so I no longer required the part I contacted electriccharges and they said "no problem return the part and we will refund you your money". This I duly did and to date no refund and no reply to my many e-mails. I made my payment through a company call CCnow they however are claiming no responsibility for the refund. I am not alone in my problem with this company many more sad stories can be found on RIPOFF. Be warned deal with them at your peril.
