We are an independent health and fitness organisation. Our Centre in Coventry serves the local community and is dedicated to offering effective fitness regimes, both on or off site, combined with personal care and attention.
The Centre had a well deserved reputation for excellence in Martial Arts , in particular Judo , having evolved from an Academy previously owned and run by Neil Adams (twice World Champion and Double Olympic Silver Medalist).
There is a well equipped gymnasium with the latest Johnson cardio equipment run on a strict "no mirror, no Lycra - just results" ethos. The "dojo" provides a studio space with a low impact floor for a variety of classes / circuits. Several personal trainers offer a "bespoke" service for people with specialist requirements, such as rehabilitation , training , etc for a particular sport or job or who simply need motivation.
