eDatCat, Inc. is a privately held corporation based in Cleveland, Mississippi, USA. Founded in 1999 and charged with the mission of delivering high-impact e-commerce solutions to the small and medium business market, eDatCat has enjoyed consistent growth fueled by overwhelmingly positive feedback from customers worldwide.
A web developer since 1996, Ellison Belt engineered the idea for the eDatCat Shopping Cart System. Prior to working with eDatCat, Ellison operated a consulting firm that serviced the web-based and e-commerce needs of over 200 clients. Ellison often serves as keynote speaker for developer groups across the Southeastern United States. In his "spare time", Ellison enjoys working in the yard, remodeling the house, or working on his wooded ranch in south Mississippi.
With a law degree and twenty four year's banking experience as a vice president and trust officer, as well as his participation in numerous civic and charitable affairs, John's experience has been quite valuable to the company. His contacts around the country, his original investments and his ability to attract investors have been essential to the founding and the ongoing business of eDatCat. In his spare time, John is a wildlife photographer.
